WAR & PEACE

so... anybody familiar with the Bernie Boston Photograph "Flower Power" ?

it was actually a very iconic picture takin in the 70s. This shoot we titled WAR & PEACE derived from that image. The idea was to have a model play both the Soldier and the Pacifist. We headed out to Nelson, NV to an old ghost town. they have a crazy plane crash out there that people have used for some high fashion gown type shots but never anything like this.

its funny how things fall into place. i had scheduled this shoot with a different model and a different MUA. The day before the shoot both called and cancelled. I called Jamie (wardrobe) and told her the story and she told me not to cancel, she'll see what she can do. Not 5 minutes later she called back and had a team ready to go. so we were back on track and i really do think that was one of those blessings in disguise. the shots came out great. a million thank yous once again to all collabrotive parties involved.

FAME & DJ G

DJ G hit me up and told me he wanted to get some photos takin for Fame and himself. they had originally wanted to shoot up at the tram in front of the convention center and we tried to shoot there but of course security came thru and hated. lol. so we got kicked out of there and a few other spots (not without getting a few shots) before finally setting up and taking our time. shots came out pretty dope.

DJ G and Fame are working together on a project they've titled "Digital Flux" it will include a variety of different sounds. "Hip Hop , rock & a taste of pop" as G told me.

whats cool everyone? sorry for the lack of posts lately but you wouldnt believe how busy we've been these past weeks.

To me... Trayo's music is refreshing and something i needed to hear in todays music game. His Manager "Z" who also manages SeDrew Price, has done a great job of keeping them current and releasing new material consistantly. its something i think is important in any business.

whats cool everybody?!

so for the past couple months Nasty and myself have been putting together alot of footage to showcase to all of you. while yes its mostly behind the scenes stuff and in most cases will be photoshoots, we also plan on bringing you more interviews with the people we photograph. a photojournalistic blog of sorts.

we also plan on bringing you some freestyle footage of the recording artists we work with and much more. so hang in there with us were gonna keep doing what we do best.. SHOOTING HOT SHIT!
